Brax has a new API!

Hi folks,

As of v0.9.0, Brax has a new API, which we effectively call Brax v2. Checkout the README and the notebooks (link, link).

Here's a reference to our first announcement about Brax v2: #286

Some highlights copied here for convenience:

• Generalized physics backend.
• The same Spring and Positional backends as found in Brax v1.
• Convex collisions fully supported.
• Direct support for Mujoco XML format, and URDF by association.
• Fully traceable System object.

Note that Brax v1 is still available under brax.v1 but will be deprecated.
