MCP tool execution taking too much time

I have built an agent that heavily relies on MCP tools, but after deploying the agent to cloud run we have run into a major problem, even though our remote mcps are battle tested and work quite fast with every other client, for some reason ADK often takes more than 2 minutes to get results from the MCP.
We are stuck and we dont know how to fix this issues, any knows workarounds will be highly appreciated
