Does MedFuss's MIMIC-IV Data Extraction support MIMIC-IV 2.2? #5
Description
It is assuming core module that isn't present in 2.2. And it seems to assume the "ethnicity" column instead of the "race" column. I also faced some <ICD_code> code not found during phenotyping extraction such as B9562 code not found and several others like it. What all modifications needs to be done to MedFuse extraction to adapt to MIMIC IV 2.2?
