Provide a way to reload settings without restarting the CLI #4786
Description
What happened?
Changing settings.json MCP servers while the CLI is running does not update the available servers.
What did you expect to happen?
For the local-dev loop of developing an MCP server, it would be really nice if the CLI could reload itself (/reload) when settings.json or other configuration is changed.
