TORAX output structure changing

The TORAX output structure at HEAD will be changing from having the following hierarchy:

• core_profiles
• post_processed_outputs
• core_transport
• core_sources
• geometry

to:

• profiles (all 1D profile outputs will be found here)
• scalars (and similarly for scalars)
• numerics (all simulation numeric outputs, e.g. if the sim encountered an error will be found here)
