Allow users to change site font #396
Description
Someone got in touch saying they find the site hard to read (see #395 for the temporary solution). They're the first of thousands to get in touch about it but still might be worth adding a kind of 'user settings' space where people can choose their font. That's also where they could toggle stuff like dark mode (#381).
