Complete overhaul of UI sliders

I just spent a few hours trying to set up a volume slider, only to be able to get the design done with barely working workarounds. I haven't found any useful documentation or discussions, and I feel like Hsliders and Vsliders could be so much simpler to use. Some ideas I came up with were

1. Allow margin/offset editing on any piece of a slider (Including the slider itself)
2. The ability to use regions on any piece of a slider
3. Make ticks take margins into account so the grabber's position is consistent
4. Unsure if this is a bug or not but when you stop letting go of the grabber it stays in it's hover state
5. Add the ability to have a pressed state

These 5 quality of life adjustments could make developing UI significantly easier and limit frustration. I've seen people talk about the difficulty of using UI sliders, but I've never seen a solved discussion. It's time to turn what could take 2 hours for minimal results into 5 minutes with perfect results
