I say scale too because I recently had to redo all collisions because I had to convert my 64x64 tileset to a 16x16 tileset.
There could also be a setting to auto detect where there are pixels and place colliders there automatically for you. (This could be done for all the tiles at once). And there could be a setting to have only rectangular collisions during the detection process.
