allow alt + left/right arrow in method arguments the same way alt + up/down arrow works for lines

it would be a very minor quality of life change but i tried doing it expecting it to work, maybe other people did too

it would save the trouble of having to select the argument, then cut it, paste it at another position, then fix the commas

This seems pretty niche, I don't think parameters need to reordered often.
Also Alt+left/right arrow is already used for previous/next visited editor.
