What "base interval" are you talking about? I don't know of any such feature being in any version

The base spacing of the interface theme in the Editor settings. it was there until 4.3. But I got used to it when I was touching something, so I don't need it anymore. Sorry for the trouble.

I looked closer and saw that it was hidden in Advanced settings since 4.4. I didn't know that.
