Change the width of animation FPS settings box to display more characters, or move the "FPS" text to outside the box

The screenshot shows the FPS counter displaying "5.0 FPS" but it is currently set to 15.0 FPS - the "1" is occluded by the bounds of the box.

It would improve readability to either widen the box, or reformat the UI layout to have the text "FPS:" outside the box, in the same style that the words "Frame Duration:" are shown further right in the screenshot
