Add an editor setting to prevent autosave script parsing.

There's an editor setting that lets you autosave text files, and another setting that lets you auto reload and parse scripts on save.
I think it would improve live editing if we could make the auto reload and parse scripts setting not apply to autosaving with a toggle.
