I am aware of the issue and there are plans to update it but currently after updating ~500 packages on the ISO glibc still fails to build on my end, so it's planned but I cannot give an exact ETA.

GoboLinux 017.02 will be a fully updated ISO including Glibc 2.40, rough ETA: 2025.

Hooray! When we can wait a new iso? Second big issue is that we cant scan wireless networks using non-root account (gobolinux/GoboNet#5) , so, gobonet awesome widget is useless (who uses gui on root? XD). After this problem i abonded gobolinux first time. This problem can give newbies a bad impression of gobo.

Well, gobolinux/Recipes#141 is the biggest blocker. I don't know how much time it will take to resolve.

Thanks for the pointer with the wifi tooling, I wasn't aware it is such a big issue, personally I am on LAN so never experienced it as that annoying :) I look into it.
