Authentik not accepting passkey from bitwarden, on firefox

Hello, I set up passkey authentication and have a passkey saved via Bitwarden. However, when I try and login via passkey using Bitwarden on Firefox I click to submit the passkey, it disappears as if its submitting, then just re-pops-up the passkey to submit. Basically, I can just press it over and over and it never actually logs in. Any advice where to begin troubleshooting this?
