[Bug]: Customize toolbar broken

Bug Summary

Customizing toolbar feature is broken in 11.5.2

Reproduction Steps

1. Customize the toolbar according to user preference
2. Click on 'Done' and restart the browser
3. Result is not as expected

Expected Behavior

Toolbar should be exactly the same as what the user has saved

Actual Behavior

Toolbar is not what is expected, plus the extension button is now completely missing

Facing same issue, but interestingly the addon icon and all the extensions are working in private window

Issue is still present in pre-release version 11.5.3

I am also having this issue. I tried refreshing Midori, then completely uninstalled Midori. It had no effect. The toolbar appears to be empty even though the contents still appears when I go into Manage Bookmarks.
