How can I make a request to the Shopify API from react?

if I do this at "welcome.blade.php" I get a 401:

Or at least, what is the "ideal" way to pass api data to the React part?
I have App Bridge enabled, but I don't see in the documentation or anywhere the recommended or best way to do it, only the way to get data from Shopify API using Laravel, but not the next steps.
