gluofx-maven-plugin compile XWPFDocument error

javafx code:
XWPFDocument document = new XWPFDocument();

compile to .exe success,but run exe error:
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.InstantiationException: org.apache.logging.log4j.message.DefaultFlowMessageFactory

modify pom.xml always not work
