Form question type not updated when changing from Selection to Item - Docker

GLPI 11.0.0-rc4

### Bug description

In GLPI 11.0.0-rc4, when creating a form question of type Selection, the field is saved correctly. However, if the question type is later modified to Item, the system does not save the change and the question remains as the original type.

### Steps To reproduce

Create a new form in GLPI.

Add a question with type set to Selection.

Save the form.

Edit the same question and change its type to Item.

Save the form again.

Expected Result:
The question type should be updated to Item after saving.

Actual Result:
The question remains as type Selection, and the modification is not applied.
