License with child results in template error

Bug description

Creating a license, with child license results in a twig error when viewing the child record's pages. There is no 'save' button. I expect to be able to edit values on this page, and save them.

Steps To reproduce

1. Create a license
2. Navigate to the "Licenses" tab on the new record
3. Add a license
4. Navigate to the "license" of the new child record and there will be an error
