Bug description
Various areas of the Forms feature suffers from performance issues even as I test in production env and without debug mode or XDebug.
Loading the main tab of an existing form takes 7 seconds before the toolbar at the bottom appears with the Preview/Save/etc buttons and allow scrolling.
Loading the "Items to create" tab takes 2 seconds to load with only the default Ticket when testing the default "Report an issue" form.
