Add a check box on registration page for acceptance of Glific Support account.

While working on onboarding with Reapbenefits it is observed that GLific Support account acceptance is needed.


The suggestion is to have a check box on the Registration page (https://cc.tides.coloredcow.com/organization-registration) , Mandatory for the acceptance for creating a glific support account. Ask for a reason if someone doesn't want a Glific support account.
