Can the carousel be transitioned by clicking one of the slides?

I'm trying to transition the slides by clicking on any one of the slides. Whichever slide I click should be focused even if it is not adjacent to the currently focused slide. I couldn't find any such controls on the docs so I suppose I should create custom controls. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? Thanks
