Issues With Toil Workers #138

Hi there,
I am having an issue that I believe is down to the toil requirement when running cactus via slurm. I have attached the output here. As you can see, the software begins to run, and manages to make some progress before errors (e.g. line 3304) describe the failed job states. I am thinking that this might be down to the other nodes not having access to the same environmental variables as the node from which I submitted the job, but I am not entirely sure and am at an impasse with troubleshooting. Any thoughts would be sincerely appreciated!
