Installation on amazon centos

We can install it on ubuntu by the following command:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gezakovacs/pdfocr
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install pdfocr

But I am not able to install it on amazon centos, Please let me know how to install it on amazon centos.
