CMake missing bags directory

Hi,

When I build my ros2 workspace, CMake erros says:

```
CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:142 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot find "/home/yx/ros2_ws/src/ORB_SLAM3_ROS2/bags": No
  such file or directory.

```

There's no bags directory inside ORB_SLAM3_ROS2, what should I do about this package, is it trivial?
