Adapt all metrics to return a value for each user

Hi!
As discussed, I think we should standardize the object returned by the metrics to be a DataFrame storing a value of the metric for each user (as it is the case for NDCG, currently), and not the mean over users, already.
I am opening a branch to fix this!
