Improve algorithm for 'better than' percentage of users for badges #7
Description
The 'better than' percentage of users for badges should be based on the total number of users that meet the requirements (stars/followers/collaborations) for each ranking, instead of a fixed number of 10 million. Please fix the getUsersBehindMe function to change the total number of users for each ranking to use the number of users that meet the requirements for each ranking.
