Adding github account and credentials

I'm completely lost with this new version of gitlens. I can no longer find where one sets the github account and credentials information.

It used to be easy and I still have it working on an older install (laptop) but on this new version I'm lost.

In the end I just used the git user.email and user.name commands from a terminal. Seems to have worked.
