Live share feature not working

Hi,

I have installed git lens on both the host and guest machine. I have enabled live share on vscode in host machine and am able to access the shared screen on the vs code in guest machine.

I am unable to see line history, file history, commits and repo details as well. Currently I am using the shared terminal git as a workaround.

Can you suggest if I am missing something here? The marketplace overview for gitlens shows support for live share.
