Git inside vscode is not working

I got the below message after starting vscode:

The following is my vscode version and environment:

It's really weird. I already installed latest version of Git for Windows.

And I specified git.path as follow:

vscode couldn't recognize git repository even though I opened git repository path.

One thing which makes me crazy is that the git commands correctly work inside the command line prompt in vscode.
with powershell

with git bash actually I used zsh instead of bash

What should I do?
