if I made script that is using this repo to generate combo from templates as submodule included as regular repo but actually it is gist?

I'm open for feedback - I feel losted in mentioned topic and it feels unsure if current version of mine tool is fine with you or not.

This topic is one of this strange ones i think...
I made gist that contain collection of standard tools that fulfill my needs while I work on my thingies.

I was looking for way that includes convinience while securing this toolset and insure yourself the possibility of finding some work while requiring a mention.
So I made it licensed with CC BY-ND 4.0 as most effective solution but now I'm not so sure about it
Github's gitignore repo is under CC0-1.0 and i'm not sure if by not directly using it am I violate license or not.
Besides that I want to make it to be completly free to use for everyone without interrupting licensing conditions of repos that includes ".craft" as git submodule pulled from gist and generated resulting ".gitignore" that combines templates on your repo.

I want to be mentioned so I will be able to find job after decade of attempts to find myself place without breaking own morality rules and without betray the philosophy of cypherpunk.
