Visix Browse button behavior on non git repo #12

What is the current behavior?
When browse button in visix toolbar is clicked in a project that is not a repo yet, the dashboard shows.
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
- Click browse button in VS visix of a project that is not a repo
- Notice dashboard shows
What is the expected behavior?
I would expect it to show the git init dialog and then browse to the folder.
