WRAP tabs is not working

Description

The wrap plugins has a tabs that use to work with other old bootstrap3 versions. It is not working anymore. Instead of tabs it shows an unnumbered list of links.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install wrap plugin
2. Code wrap tabs:

* [[wikipage| tab1]] * [[wikipage2| tab2]] 3. Instead of tabs bootstrap3 shows a list of links
