Tag plugin's tags are not shown in include plugin's footer section

Description

Tag plugin's tags are not shown in include plugin's footer section when they are used with Bootstrap3 theme.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set tags in pages with tag plugin's {{tag>}} syntax
2. Include the pages with in include plugin's {{page>}} syntax

**Expected behavior: tags are shown in each included page's footer section

**Actual behavior: tags are not shown when it is used with Bootsrap3 theme, they are shown when it is used with dokuwiki default theme.
