Alarms don’t play if passby is enabled and the setting “Dismiss Lockscreen if no notifications” is enabled.
This issue can also be replicated if the option is disabled and the user installs a tweak with similar functionality like [AutoUnlockX] and uses it in conjunction with PassBy.
