Has issue with multiple windows

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install with flatpak (not sure if the non-flatpak installation has the same issue or not)
2. Open an instance of youp. Link to Whatsapp as usual.
3. After seeing the normal chat list, close the window by the top right close button.
4. Now, there is no active window, but the tray icon is still visible.
5. Open the app again from dock / expose (A new window will re-establish connection with Whatsapp server)
6. Right click youp's tray icon and click "Open app"

Expected Behaviour

Only 1 window is active.

Actual Behaviour

Two separated windows are active. Each has a different state. One of them will state "another window is currently open" and ask if you want to use this window or that.
