Migrate CI to Github Actions (or Travis) #20
Description
CI is currently run using Gitlab's infrastructure but, due to a change in licensing, we need to move this to another platform. We are currently using Github Actions for other projects so may make use of it here. Could also try Travis CI if Github Actions doesn't provide what we need.
