Use/SpellNoSugg tag in mdf disallows recognition of word forms in SubEthaEdit

Words tagged with the «Use/SpellNoSugg» tag are not recognized in SubEthaEdit spell checking.

Since the Use/SpellNoSugg tag is present the word forms are, naturally, not suggested either.

I don't thing this is related to the +Use/SpellNoSugg tag, instead it seems related to the same bug as #6:
