Audio inconsistent in chrome #71

When audio breaks in a Gabber room it breaks permanently
- refreshing and rejoining the room doesn't get audio to work
- can join a new Gabber room and audio functions normally
On this computer using firefox:
- when gabber audio breaks, refreshing does get audio to work
- non-shared codeboxes don't get generated correctly (but shared ones do)
Note: simultaneously using firefox for audio and Chrome for code editing functions as a workaround
