Proxy Configuration Support

I would like to suggest a feature that will add serious points for some users, particularly those who deal with restricted network environments. Specifically, I would like to see Varia implementing an option to allow users to manually configure proxy settings, such as HTTP and SOCKS5.

I think this makes a lot of sense to have in a download manager, but aria2 doesn't support SOCKS proxies it seems, and with yt-dlp I'm not sure. I think a small proxy wrapper program could be included that would start the aria2c and yt-dlp instances with a proxy, but I'll need to do more research.
