Transfer plotting helpers to HuraultMisc

• add_fanchart()
• add_broken_pointline()

They are more general than other functions in EczemaPred.

NB: do after CRAN submission, otherwise we would need to make EczemaPred depend on the dev version of HuraultMisc.
