Efficient use of whisper.cpp in the browser

I would like to know if it's possible to use whisper.cpp in efficient way in the browser including of using CoreML for apple, OpenBLAS for CPU, Cuda for Nvidia, etc.
Does webgpu provide an easy way to integrate whisper.cpp with?
