LocalVocal - OBS captions with Whisper.cpp

I built a live caption plugin for OBS using whisper.cpp https://github.com/royshil/obs-localvocal
It can set up all the whisper.cpp Paramus, and allow sending to streaming services like YT and twitch as well as local file.
I'm now integrating LLaMA to build a full fledged AI streaming assistant in OBS...
