Repository to help users get started with a Conda install of LLaMA C++

Made a repository to help newbies get started with LLaMA C++. Repository has dash scripts for setting up a Conda environment with JupyterLab and installing LLaMA C++ with Python bindings. Also includes detailed instructions for setting up a Conda environment and then building LLaMA C++ from source. Have tested all scripts on Mac M2 laptop and Linux. Plan to add examples and tutorials to this repository over the next few weeks.
