Did anyone run the sycl backend from pre-built release Windows binaries?

I don't have the sycl dev environment, so I can't run sycl-ls, but my 11th gen CPU should be supported. When I try to run the pre-built llama.cpp binaries, I get:

llama_model_load: error loading model: No device of requested type available. Please check https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-oneapi-dpcpp-system-requirements.html -1 (PI_ERROR_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND)
llama_load_model_from_file: failed to load model
llama_init_from_gpt_params: error: failed to load model 'C:\llama.cpp\Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct-Q4_K_M.gguf'
main: error: unable to load model

sycl-ls could check if the iGPU/dGPU driver is installed successful.

If it's wrong, please check the GPU driver installation again.
If it's wrong, SYCL backend won't work well too.
