How to build llama.cpp with CMake on Windows?

Please help me! I am a new-coming.

Questions:

How to set up the cache variables? I use BLIS on Windows, The manufacturer of my CPU is Intel. I have built the BLIS library. Please tell me how to set up BLAS_blas_LIBRARY and BLAS_blis_LIBRARY?

Problem

When I generate cache file, CMake reports errors below:

OpenMP found
Could NOT find BLAS (missing: BLAS_LIBRARIES) 
CMake Warning at ggml/src/CMakeLists.txt:250 (message):
  BLAS not found, please refer to
  https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/module/FindBLAS.html#blas-lapack-vendors
  to set correct GGML_BLAS_VENDOR


Using llamafile
ccache found, compilation results will be cached. Disable with GGML_CCACHE=OFF.
