Are there any chances of adding chat templates in the near future?

Now that there is a chat template export in llama.cpp (#4125), is there any chance of adding support for chat templates such as ChatML?
In my experience, using templates improves the output of models quite a bit (at least in my tasks).
So, I would really like to see this functionality in llama.cpp
