Why are all the releases for windows?

How can I get access to mac and linux releases? Or do I need to build them from scratch?

Yes, building is easy. On Linux i update llama.cpp this way:

cd myllamadirectory
git pull
make

In the documentation are instructions to build debian-packages too.
