Implementation of ReAct framework

I saw the file on this repo in prompts folder that hints the use of concept. My question is, whether is it only a concept or has it been implemented? If it is implemented then how was it done, otherwise please make it possible to use tools like python REPL and shell and internet search (either through headless browser or google search API or duckduckgo API).
