Setting logit biases as you go instead of just at start.

It'd be really nice if there were a way to dynamically change the logit biases in interactive mode or via the llama.cpp bindings instead of just setting them once at the start of the run. Being able to turn on and off biases would limit the side effects biasing which sometimes result in nonsense outputs after the desired tokens are output.
